Camden win CIPR 2010 Excellence Award

London Borough of Camden Communications Team has won an award for it's 2009 Summer Uni prosepectus.

Camden Summer University Prospectus 2009 was the winner in the Publication category of the Chartered Institute of PR (CIPR) Awards. The winners were announced at the CIPR Excellence Awards Dinner at The Park Plazea Westminster Bridge in London on Wednesday 16 June.

'This guide to Summer courses is targeted at young people aged between 13 and 19 years. The target demographic may well be regarded as tough to engage but Camden has produced an accessible publication with real appeal. This has been achieved by creative use of manga illustrations and using pictures of participating students to add to a sense of direct relevance. Importantly the guide is well laid out and easy to use. The publication encouraged a good take up of the Summer courses, demonstrating great value for money.'
